Founded in 1999, All Phase Roofing and Construction is a fully licensed and insured contractor – specializing in residential and commercial roofing – and proudly serves the Alabama Gulf Coast and Birmingham metro.
All Phase Roofing and Construction’s founder and Mobile, Ala. native, Jacob Weaver, has been roofing his whole life as he grew up roofing for his family’s roofing business. After schooling, Weaver worked at All-South Roofing Subcontractors and during this time he learned the technical details of installing and maintaining flat roof systems. Wanting to combine his residential and commercial roofing skills, Weaver founded All Phase Roofing and Construction in 1999 and hasn’t looked back.

Operations Manager
Jacob Weaver is the Operations Manager for All Phase Roofing and Construction. He has been in the roofing industry since 1988 and is a true master of his trade. Jacob has decades of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial roofing. He knows roofing systems inside and out and takes pride in making sure every project is completed to the highest standards. His leadership helps guide the team in delivering dependable, long-lasting results.
When he’s not working, Jacob enjoys being on the water and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Project Manager
Austin Dooley is a Project Manager for All Phase Roofing and Construction. He spent four years as an insurance adjuster, working on both catastrophic losses and routine claims. This experience gives him a clear understanding of the claims process and how to guide homeowners through it.
Austin’s goal is to make each roofing project simple and stress-free from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf and watching Alabama football. Roll Tide!
Office Manager
Lauren Russell is the Office Manager for All Phase Roofing and Construction. She oversees daily operations and works closely with clients, vendors and contractors to keep projects on track. Her background includes insurance underwriting support, claims processing and office administration. This combination of experience gives her both technical expertise and strong organizational skills.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, relaxing at the beach and spending time with family and friends
